  • Practices
    • Complete a list with timings of resources including the skill sets necessary to complete project tasks.
    • Request these from the project team and resource providers (e.g. R & D, marketing, engineering, project staff, and so forth).

    Clear communication of the project needs results in them being more likely to be met satisfactorily.
    Metrics
    • Number of projects without resourcing issues (classified by priority, strategic goal, department etc.).
    • Number of resourcing issues escalated for resolution.
